Only Rutas de Nico moderators (and admins) can suggest new moderators. Upon receiving your case, our department of moderation will examine if you meet the requirements needed to participate in our moderator program.
As for now, the moderator program is not enabled

Here at Rutas de Nico, all admins have specific roles. They can, for instance, be assigned to create hikes, upload tracks, enable/disable features...
As for now, new administrators can only be designated by the owner.
